    Fabulous

The location is excellent, a 5 minutes walking from Grafton Street, in the very beautiful and pleasant city center. The hotel is very beautiful, the room has good size, the bed and pillows are very comfy.

The fact that they charge the internet (wire or wireless) 15 euros for every 24 hours, or 6 euros for 1 hour. Veeeery expensive. I think a 4 stars hotel could have the wireless internet for free, this is basic nowdays! And the air conditioner of the room was not working, even after we asked for fix it. During the night, the room gets hot, but we can't cool it down.

    Good

The location is excellent. Only surpassed by the Westbury for location.

The suites were of very poor quality ( I looked at 3 for our anniversary), low ceilings, cheap laminate wooden floors, the couch was broken, nearly impaled me, some beds barely fitted in the suite's bedroom on 523. The split level suites hae a nice bedroom, high cieling, more room, if you want to climb stairs for your holiday! Not worth the upgrade, go somewhere else. The deluxe room would be fine.

    Very good

perfectly situated for all tourist attractions right in the heart of the city but still very tranquill

i was dissapointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. I expected it to be spotless but it wasnt. I also had to pay an extra 30euros per night as they had us booked into queen beds which we were told at checkin was what we had booked, but we hadnt. unfortunately I didnt have a copy of our reservation with me so to get twin beds we had to upgrade again adding a further 90euros to the bill.

    Superb

A splendid location, right in the city centre and within walking distance of all the city's attractions. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and provided good food and fine wines in the main restaurant.

We were a group of four gentlemen on a leisure trip and I emailed the hotel 3 months before our arrival to confirm our requirement for two twin rooms. When I arrived I was told that only one was available and that two of us would have to share a single room with an additional roll-out bed until one was available. The explanation they offered was that as the booking was made with Booked.net they had no way of knowing how many twin rooms had been sold. After a lengthy discussion with the manager two twin rooms were eventually found but I found the whole experience disappointing for a supposedly quality hotel.

    Superb

I enjoyed the hotel, I thought it was very classy, with an excellent location. I thought that it was, as promised a very comfortable bed. I liked the salsa night at the Mint Bar, very good. The bathroom was fantastic.

I thought for the price, the room lacked a lot. I would have liked there to have been more than one chair in the room. I was unhappy that the plug socket in the room was cracked, that the space was dominated by a large desk, that the drawers were chipped and looked tired, the TV picture was average and that our glasses, once used were not replaced with fresh ones. In short, I have stayed at better hotels for a lot less. I was expecting excellence and whilst the hotel was, the room itself was far from satisfactory.

    Superb

Location was great, within walking distance of many of the attractions. Staff were very friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent, a bit pricy but worth it.

    Superb

Perfect location, walking distance to some of the major attraction like Grafton street (shopping), Temple Bar and Trinity college. Luxurious hotel, friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious and clean room. Good pricing.

The bed in the standard 2 person room - a lits-jumeaux - just does not meet the hotel standard. It is simply too small and makes for uncomfortable nights. Advice: get a larger bed. The room was not optimally used for amenities.

We wanted to take our friends on a city brek as a thankyou as they helped us out recently, I found the Westin Dublin on line and thought it looked like a really nice hotel. It exceeded all our expectations, the staff were attentive and caring, the food was fantastic quality and the rooms were extremely comfatable. We loved our time in Dublin and would definintly stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent the last three nights our our honeymoon here and it was totally perfect, from the moment we were greeted at the front door and assisted with our luggage, to check-in, to the absolute delight of seeing our room, later a dinner in the Mint Bar. All was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was beautiful, with every imaginable comfort at our disposal - including a daily delivery of a bucket of ice and complimentary mineral water, a great coffee machine and kettle, a wonderfully deep and long bath and an enormous separate shower.

A very minor gripe, was paying for WiFi, although the connection speed was excellent.
